Jaione is a registered General Psychologist (AHPRA) and holds membership in the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). She works with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of presentations, bringing the same warmth and clinical rigour to every stage of life.

From an early age, Jaione has always had a strong sense of compassion for individuals in need of support and a passionate drive to help them thrive during challenging mental and emotional situations. This led her to pursue a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, with a specialisation in Childhood and Adolescent Mental Health. Additional studies were undertaken across a range of modalities, including Schema Therapy, Gestalt, Somatic Studies, EMDR, Flash Technique, Interactive Drawing Therapy, Mindfulness, and Hypnotherapy.

Jaione holds a particular passion for working with people who have emotional difficulties, neurodivergent presentations, and complex trauma backgrounds. Her approach is culturally and trauma-informed, client-centred, and neurodiversity-affirming, with a dedicated commitment to supporting people of all ages in overcoming challenges and unlocking their full potential.

Integration Technique Therapy (ITT) is the central therapeutic approach used by Jaione when working with emotional difficulties, neurodivergency, mental health disorders, and complex trauma experiences. ITT is a non-intrusive and integrative method that blends evidence-based techniques to help clients process negative beliefs, stuck schemas, unhelpful patterns, and trauma at an unconscious level. The primary goal of ITT is to facilitate healing in a gentle and respectful manner, prioritising the emotional and mental well-being of each person.

Jaione also utilises subconscious techniques such as the Flash Technique to address and process distressing memories and negative self-beliefs, patterns, or schemas without causing further distress. Relaxation and regulation practices, including Mindfulness and somatic techniques, are woven throughout the therapeutic process.

Through the integration and processing of challenging experiences, trauma, blocking patterns and negative self-beliefs, clients can experience meaningful improvements in their overall well-being — including the development of more thriving self-beliefs, the overcoming of unhelpful patterns, improved emotional expression, and a reduction in reactive responses to environmental triggers.
