Cristina is a General Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA). Cristina has over 10 years experience in the Mental Health field with focus in Self-care practices, Person Centred approach, Trauma Informed Care practice as well as extensive knowledge on how to navigate the Mental Health System in the Northern Rivers Region, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Qualifications: Cristina has a Bachelor of Psychology from the MS Federal University in Brazil and a Certificate IV in Mental Health.

Fees: 50 min standard session
Full fee – $150 (*$65.20 gap with Medicare rebate)
Concession – $110 (*25.20 gap with Medicare rebate)
(*Medicare rebate $84.80 with a GP Mental Health Plan)
Cristina offers a Bulk-Billing clinic for clients who are experiencing severe financial hardship. Current unemployment and Health Care Card or similar are required to be eligible for Bulk-Billing.
Cristina is also skilled in supporting people with lived experience of mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia and others. Cristina strongly believes that recovery is seeing beyond a person's mental health issues, recognizing and fostering people's abilities, interests and dreams.
Cristina was born in Brazil and migrated to Australia 10 years ago. Issues caused by the Psychological Impact of Immigration and post-migration adaptation are also her areas of interest.
