Fees:  50 min standard session
Full fee – $150 (*$65.20 gap with Medicare rebate)
Concession – $110 (*25.20 gap with Medicare rebate) 
(*Medicare rebate $84.80 with a GP Mental Health Plan)

Gerry offers a Bulk-Billing clinic for clients who are experiencing severe financial hardship. Current unemployment and Health Care Card or similar are required to be eligible for Bulk-Billing.

Gerry is a clinical psychology registrar and has experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults across government, non-government, and private practice settings. Gerry utilises a holistic approach to help clients overcome life challenges, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma/loss, health issues, chronic pain, spiritual crises, low self-esteem, eating concerns, relationship issues, and attachment and bonding issues for parents.

Gerry draws upon an extensive lived experience of meditation, yoga, and other contemplative practices to foster a deep sense of wellbeing within the mind, body, heart, and spirit. The approach that Gerry takes into treatment is holistic, strength-based, client-centred, compassionate and evidence based, using the latest evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness integrated CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed interventions, and attachment based parenting interventions. 

Gerry is committed to a journey of self-realisation and professional development as a psychologist, and has published peer-reviewed research about the issues relating to assessment and treatment of spiritual crises.

Qualifications:  Gerry has a Bachelor of Science – Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University, and Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Gerry has completed a TTC 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course. Gerry is an associate member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
