Fees: 50 min standard session.
Full fee – $150 (*$65.20 gap with Medicare rebate)
Concession – $110 (*25.20 gap with Medicare rebate).
(*Medicare rebate $84.80 with a GP Mental Health Plan).
Michaela is also WorkCover and Victim Services accredited.

Psychologist Michaela Killips is experienced in working with adults and adolescents, individuals and families across a broad range of issues including depression, post-natal depression, anxiety, grief, parenting and relationships difficulties and trauma. Michaela is best known by her clients for her deep level of empathy and genuine care and concern. Michaela uses a client focused integrative model of therapy working closely with clients to expand their understanding of issues, harness clients’ strengths and subsequently tailor solutions. Michaela continues to complete regular professional development keeping her skills current. Prior to becoming a psychologist she had a successful career in the corporate arena at a national level and cofounded a now well established international children’s charity. Michaela now enjoys focusing on her passion – working with people to improve their mental health and helping psychologists grow and develop to harness their own unique strengths.

Qualifications: Michaela has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Queensland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (e-Commerce) from Macquarie University’s Graduate School of Management, a Masters of Health Science (Behavioural Science) from the University of Sydney and a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. Michaela is a Registered Psychologist and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
