Tracey is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with clients with adjustment issues, relational issues, depression, bipolar disorder, social phobia, trauma, personality disorders, worries/ generalised anxiety and panic disorder. Her approach is founded on a genuine interest in others, empathy and respect. Tracey has 19 years of experience working with individuals and families in Youth and Adult Public mental health services and in Private practice. Her approach is to offer a non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic environment in which clients can collaboratively share and understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, build on existing strengths and improve health and wellbeing. The choice of therapy will be dependent on a thorough assessment and our shared development of understanding of your difficulties and tailored to each clients presenting concerns. The main therapies that inform Tracey’s practice are cognitive analytic therapy (an integrated relational therapy), cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnosis and mindfulness based approaches.

Tracey has worked in private practice for a number of years, but has also held numerous senior leadership roles in public mental health in Victoria, prior to moving to the Northern Rivers region.
