This 5-week program offers the opportunity to learn about different communication styles, practise mindfulness skills to generate states of mental, emotional and embodied calm, develop good listening skills and empathy to cultivate rapport, learn about basic assertive communication patterns to skilfully and respectfully express yourself, in alignment with your values and needs, and to act from a place of integrity.
